Your action will shape the future of wildlife
The current RSPCA Wildlife Hospital in Brisbane has exceeded its capacity to care by almost 400%. With population growth, habitat loss and disease threatening Australia's iconic wildlife, we are in urgent need of a new facility.
With your help, we can care for the future of wildlife.
The new state-of-the-art facility will bring together cutting-edge technology, international best practices, and enhanced abilities to care for wildlife that will maximise their chances of recovery and successful release.
Your support will deliver a facility that includes:
- A dedicated Rescue Unit base for emergency response and wildlife rescue
- Surgical spaces and in-house laboratory and diagnostic services
- Specialised spaces to cater to the unique needs of different wildlife species
- Quarantine wards to manage wildlife with infectious diseases
- Koala intensive care unit for critical cases
- Enclosures for sealife, macropods and birds
- Onsite plantations of native species for wildlife food
- Learning centre and immersive experiences for visitors
- Education programs for the community
Protect the future of wildlife, by donating today to help us build a new 24-hour Wildlife Hospital and Centre of Excellence.
